The personalized heating system can effectively reduce the heating energy consumption of pure electric vehicles in winter. In order to reasonably design the personalized heating system, it is necessary to accurately evaluate the local thermal sensation of occupants in electric vehicles. In this paper, through the experiment of personalized heating (foot heating, leg heating, seat heating and combined heating) in a pure electric vehicle, the body surface temperature and thermal comfort of the occupant are measured and analysed. The results show that the heating of different parts has different weight of influence on the overall thermal sensation of human body. The weight coefficient of local thermal sensation directly affects the design and energy saving effect of personalized heating. Through the field measurement and subjective questionnaire survey, and using the method of principal component analysis, the influence weight coefficient of each local thermal sensation on overall thermal sensation is obtained under personalized heating mode.
